healthy living in four easy steps
according to this study all i have to do is stick to 4 easy steps to live longer:
- don’t smoke
- do some sport
- moderate alcohol consumption (1-14 units per week)
- eat 5 helpings of fruit per day
1 & 2 are a check. 3 is getting there (14 units is 7 pints of beer per week!), but 4 will take some doing…
